Event Ticket Policy
  1. PT. Java Festival Production is the organization responsible for the festival.
  2. Each ticket bought must be registered to a legal user by giving their name, ID number, and personal information as shown on their official ID (KTP or Passport).
  3. A valid ticket is one that was bought following a set process on the websites www.javajazzfestival.com, www.jfp.events, or at an official ticket box or another location chosen by the organizer and listed at www.javajazzfestival.com.
  4. Ticket consumers are permitted to utilize each e-ticket only once. The e-ticket is unlawful and prohibited from being duplicated.
  5. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per account is 4 (four) tickets for each ticket type.
  6. Children who are over 1 (one) meter in height are required to purchase a ticket in order to enter the event.
  7. The ticket uses a unique QR code, is issued only once, and is valid for a single individual.
  8. The Organizer retains the right to implement any reasonable and necessary measures to prevent/deny/prohibit visitors/ticket users from entering the event venue if the e-ticket and QR Code have been previously used by another individual.
  9. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notification.
  10. The overall capacity and quantity of tickets available for each category and stage are restricted.
  11. The safety protocols that are relevant to the event restrict the number of visitors/ticket users on each stage and in each category. Once the room capacity has exceeded the designated limit, the organizer may deny access to the stage area to ticket holders and visitors.
  12. Ticket sales are conducted on a "First Come, First Serve" basis.
  13. Visitors/ticket users who are under the age of 18 and/or expectant women are prohibited from accessing some the area, as one or more stages will be sponsored by a cigarette brand. Any claims of loss that may arise as a result of the visitor's decision to enter are waived by the Organizer.
  14. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue and litigate in civil or criminal proceedings in accordance with Indonesian regulations against individuals who obtained tickets in a manner that is not valid, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a valid ticket or purchasing a ticket in a manner that does not meet the Organizer's specifications.
  15. The Organizer is not responsible for the negligence of the ticket purchaser/owner, which resulted in the ticket's possession by others (under their control) and its use as an admission that prevents the ticket purchaser from entering the venue.
  16. Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any reason.
  17. In the event of an event cancellation that is unilaterally executed by the artist or the government, or for other reasons beyond the control and will of the Organizer, ticket purchasers and ticket users hereby declare that they waive all legal rights to file a counterclaim through the court or any other legally permitted means to sue the Organizer.
  18. The Terms and Conditions for the Event are presumed to have been read, understood, and consented to by all ticket purchasers and visitors.

I acknowledged that I have reviewed and understood this Event Ticket Policy. The legal obligations delineated in points (1) through (18) of this Event Ticket Policy are acknowledged and consented to by me.

These are the jfp.events terms and conditions (the "Conditions"), which apply to the use of the jfp.events by end users.

By accessing jfp.events you agree to be bound by the Conditions.

jfp.events is provided for the benefit of residents of Indonesia who are over the age of 18. If you are not a resident of Indonesia, over the age of 18 or do not agree to be bound by the Conditions, you may not use or access jfp.events and we will have the right to restrict or prevent your access to jfp.events.

  1. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
    1. You will not:
      1. use the Website (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and you shall use it in accordance with all relevant laws;
      2. upload or transmit through the Website (whether by way of User Submission (as defined below) or otherwise):
        1. any computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer; or
        2. any material which is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or that may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

    2. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website for any reason.

    1. We may now or in the future allow the submission to the Website of videos and/or other communications or materials by users of the Website (collectively "User Submissions"). User Submissions must comply at all times with these Terms and with any separate terms and conditions relating to such User Submissions that we may publish on the Website from time to time.
    2. By submitting User Submissions to the Website you hereby grant:

  9. INDEMNITY
    YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR (AND FULLY INDEMNIFY US AGAINST) ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, SUFFERED BY US AND ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS BY YOU OR ANY OTHER LIABILITIES INCURRED BY US ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN RELATION TO USER SUBMISSIONS), OR USE BY ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE WEBSITE USING YOUR PC OR INTERNET ACCESS ACCOUNT.

  12. GENERAL
    1. If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
    2. These Terms (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement and understanding between us in respect of all matters which are referred to herein and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between us relating to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Terms. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms, you have not relied on any representation that is not expressly included herein and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these Terms. However, nothing in these Terms purport to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.
    3. The Terms will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions. The Website is controlled and offered by us from Indonesia. We make no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other countries.
    4. Any legal claims shall be settled by Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI). All costs associated with the claim process is the responsibility of the applicant.

  1. KEWAJIBAN ANDA
    1. Pengguna Website ini tidak berhak untuk:
      1. menggunakan Website ini untuk hal yang illegal dan harus anda gunakan dengan mengikuti hukum yang berlaku.
      2. mengunggah ataupun melakukan transmisi melalalui website ini oleh pengguna (seperti dijelaskan dibawah ini) ataupun lainnya:
        1. virus komputer, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs atau apa pun yang dirancang untuk mengganggu, mengganggu prosedur operasional komputer
        2. materi yang memfitnah, menyinggung, atau karakter cabul atau mengancam, atau yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan, ketidaknyamanan atau kecemasan;
      3. menggunakan website ini yang akan mengakibatkan:
